About us

Sid's Smokehouse has one simple goal: Produce the best possible Southern Style BBQ every day! Our philosophy is "Slow and Low" when it comes to preparing the finest BBQ.

We start with selecting high-quality meats, then applying a dry-rub of Sid's secret blend of spices and loading up our Texas Pit Smoker multiple times per day to ensure we serve the juiciest freshest BBQ possible. 12 Hour Smoked Texas Beef Brisket, St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, and Carolina Pulled Pork are lightly smoked using local oak and almond woods. All of our BBQ is never sauced, served dry rub only, the way real BBQ should be. You are welcome to sauce it up if you like as we also make all our own BBQ Sauces too. And if you aren't feeling like BBQ, we have amazing wood-fired pizza with the perfect crispy crust and gourmet toppings including our smoked meats, cheeses, and fresh produce. All of our side dishes, from collard greens and smokehouse beans to mac 'n cheese are made from scratch, in-house. And don't forget to try our 100% Angus Beef Burgers, a full half-pound patty served on a fresh Brioche Bun made locally by Aldo's Italian Bakery. Add our rotating selection of beer and wine from West Coast breweries and vineyards and we've got a winning combination for you!
